Diamonds in the Rock Committee Interest Form

Diamonds in the Rock takes a lot of planning and plenty of helping hands! We’re looking for dependable volunteers who are willing to help prepare for the show and carry out their committee’s responsibilities.

Complete this form to let us know where you’d like to serve. Submitting the form does not guarantee a committee assignment. We’ll consider committee needs, your interests and willingness to work together to help make the show a success when making assignments.

As a thank-you for their work, appointed committee members who fulfill their responsibilities will receive first choice of pens at the show.

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee a committee assignment.

If appointed, I agree to communicate with my committee leader and complete the responsibilities I accept.

I understand that first choice of pens is a benefit for appointed committee members who fulfill their responsibilities. Submitting this form alone does not qualify me for this benefit.
